My Story
I am passionate about empowering people to regain their health. As a Naturopath, I believe that the body has an innate wisdom to return to health given the right circumstances. In order to do this an important part of the healing process is to fully understand how the disease process started and attention is given to this during each consultation.

Every person is an individual and will therefore arrive at dis-ease via a different route. It could be inherited deficiencies, compromised detoxification of the liver, exhausted adrenals, hormonal imbalances, weak digestion, immune deficiency, blood sugar regulation imbalances. Many of these will result in food sensitivities; occasionally it may be that the food sensitivity has caused the imbalance. My aim is to help my clients make sense of their symptoms, understand their constitution and therefore be able to fully take control of their health.

I originally qualified in Allergy Therapy in 1994 and have continued to train in different disciplines ever since, adding Nutritional Medicine, Iridology, Homotoxicology, Ayurveda and Naturopathy over the years. My training in Nutritional Medicine encompassed elements of Naturopathic Medicine, Homeopathy and Chinese Medicine in addition to nutritional science, pathology, physiology, anatomy and chemistry.

I also co-run the local Gluten Free support group.

Allergy Therapy. By eliminating or reducing foods that the body is reacting to, the body’s stress responses, digestive system and immune system can begin to become more balanced, allowing a return to health.

Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy seeks to restore the body’s vital energy through changes in diet, naturopathic cleansing techniques and correction of nutritional deficiencies.

Homotoxicology. This branch of homeopathy uses low dose complex remedies which are designed to strengthen the body’s response to toxicity, assist with detoxification and strengthen organ systems and immune responses.

Iridology can provide valuable information about the body’s constitutional strengths and weaknesses, levels of inflammation and toxaemia and the efficiency of the eliminative systems and organs.

Ayurveda seeks to bring balance to the body through an understanding of mind, body, senses and soul. Guidance on correct diet and lifestyle is given.

Naturopathy believes that the body contains an innate wisdom to be able to heal itself, given the correct circumstances. Naturopathy includes bodywork, nutrition, iridology, homeopathy, herbs and hydrotherapy techniques.

NAET® (Namdudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques) is a completely natural method for regaining better health and effectively relieving food and environmental sensitivities and the diseases arising from those sensitivities.
