My Story
I got really interested in how the mind works during a 20-year previous career in corporate finance, where I worked as a mediator between companies.
Regardless of the specific task, I realised that relationship dynamics, attitude, self-image and old baggage all play a role in how people got along and did their jobs well.
My change in direction in 2012 from management to Hypnotherapy and Coaching was a long time coming, and I never looked back. This is because I can truly make the biggest difference to people’s lives in this way, and I do.
I LOVE to help people gain clarity, beauty and resilience in all aspects of life, so they can let go of what’s holding them back, without those daily issues of stress, pain, fear, sleeplessness, weak boundaries and a lot of limiting beliefs and thinking.
I believe that the most important relationship is the relationship you have with yourself, and that’s where I come in. I can help you to see and feel your way into wellbeing.
My tailored approach is straight forward using the fastest and most suited way for each individual to create the wanted change.
It all starts with a no obligation initial consultation, where I will suggest the best approach for your circumstances. When you are satisfied and have had chance to ask questions, you can decide to start the therapy or coaching, OR I will help you find somebody who is best suited to help you.

My Hours & Pricing
I am available for appointments at the Nailsworth Natural Health Centre on Mondays from 2pm-8.30pm, Tuesdays from 9am-8.30pm, and Thursdays from 2pm-8.30pm.
We regularly open up additional time slots at busy times.
My prices are as follows:
Hypnotherapy
Initial Consultations: up to 1½ hours £49
Standard Hypnotherapy Session: 1 hour £67
Pain Elimination (1-2 hr appointment): £99
Smoking cessation (one-off 2 hr appointment with free top-up session) : £249
