About Leisa
Leisa has been a health practitioner for 15 years, in her own private rooms (London, Stroud, Cirencester and Gloucester).
Shiatsu or Acupressure Massage is a Japanese massage preformed fully clothed on a futon. This uses a whole medical modality informed from Chinese medicine. Acupuncture uses the same approach.
She also practices Deep Tissue which is really helpful for specific injuries, areas of tightness and for postural adjustments.
Core Energy Healing (C.E.A) -Strengthening Your Aura and Balancing your Chakras
We are born with much vitality- over time this vitality can get used up or misdirected by life’s challenges. Our Aura protects this vitality from negative energies (people or environments) and allows us to express ourselves in a healthy functional way. Our Chakras are energy centres in our bodies- there are 7 and each supports a Psychological and Physiological function e.g. root chakra is our security (can be financial or emotional) chakra and also physiologically supports healthy bladder and kidney function. Her work is to bring the imbalanced chakras into optimum health so you can thrive and overcome blocks and be more robust. She aims to strengthen your aura so you don’t lose energy dealing with difficult peoples or situations.
She will organically recommend whichever modality is considered more useful for the client after shared discussion. Leisa’s approach is holistic.
Though many physical ailments can be of a repetitive, postural or injurious nature, she also believes much illness is body-mind connected. Therefore lifestyle, life history and life approach are very important
Leisa tailor’s stretches- from her Yoga and Tai chi practice and gives ‘take-away’ Acupressure points – to the client.
Leisa is passionate about connection to nature and spirit, Djembe drumming, Qi gong and Five rhythms

Core Energy Healing (C.E.A) The Malvern College of Healing – 2-year Training
Shiatsu /Acupressure Massage from both the British School of Shiatsu and the kikai School of Shiatsu in 2005.
She is also an experienced Deep tissue Practitioner

Leisa is available for appointments at the Nailsworth Natural Health Centre on Mondays from 1.30-6.15pm and on Thursdays from 9:15am-1.30pm.

1 hour: £55
Core Energy Healing
1.25 hours first session 60/50 Adults/ Kids
1 Hour 50/40 for 45 minutes.
