ABOUT ME

I have always been fascinated by the connection between our minds and our bodies, I originally studied Psychology and then Neuroscience at University.

When I had my children I wanted to support their health in as natural a way as possible, and found that homeopathy covered physical health as well as emotional development.

After finding such positive results with myself and my family I decided to train and qualified in 2007 from the British School of Homeopathy and then completed an Advanced homeopathy training in 2012.

I am constantly amazed at the scope and depth of this gentle and precise medicine from the smallest acute ailment to long lasting chronic complaints.

I am also a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist, qualifying from CTET in London in 2020.

The gentle touch in Craniosacral work reminds the body of deep stillness and within that, the healing potential that we have, but in modern life rarely have access to. It allows the body to subtly readjust on many levels and can be used for general well being or for specific injuries and other complaints.

I can offer homeopathy as part of the craniosacral sessions if required and appropriate.

I also work as a supervisor of student Homeopaths. I am a registered member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH), and am fully insured to practice homeopathy and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy.
